Like any other parent, you would like to know if your kid is safe in our playschool. Building security is essential in providing a secure place for children to study, play and develop.

St. Michael’s Play School’s security fundamentals include ensuring that only authorized individuals can contact or interact with the children, limiting access to playschool facilities, and maintaining secure check-in and check-out procedures.

Since our playschool started in 2000, SMPS has established rigorous security measures. Here are a few examples of how we keep your children safe and secure at our playschool:

  • Security begins with the cameras at the security entryway to monitor the entry and exit of visitors / staff or any other person. Everybody should register their entry for our records to access the front passage.
  • Our security guards continuously monitor our entire campus area to ensure that all the children play, learn, and interact in safe and loving indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Only the people you designate can see or meet the child. Photo identification is needed.
  • The facility is surrounded by walls / fences, closed gates and security guards are placed well nearby.
  • Teacher-to-child ratios guarantee enough teachers and other staff to monitor the kiddies in care properly.
  • Windows are installed in all classrooms to allow for surveillance & proper ventilation.
  • Our teachers and other staff members are trained to provide basic first-aid in case of a minor injury.
